If you require our services after purchase, we are able to provide advice and practical services in regard to restoration/conversion and property management.  We can recommend builders, trades and craftsmen as well as drawing up plans for approval for conversion or change of use.  If your purchase is intended as a holiday home, and you want to make an income from letting, we can manage your holiday lettings and general maintenance.

If you purchase a property through an estate agent in Italy, their fee is 3% of the purchase price. Our fee is then paid by the Agent.  Private sales facilitated through us attract a smaller fee, based on a sliding scale percentage, similar to the UK, the maximum being 3% on properties of less than €100,000.  This fee includes our basic house-hunting service strictly following your brief.
