​​​       As a professional team, we have expertise in architecture, building surveys, conservation of historic buildings, interior design, property management, interpreting and administration.  Our principal associate has a Graduate Diploma in Building Conservation from the Architectural Association, London and has been involved in architecture in the UK and Italy for the past 40 years.      ​ 

​                     We have lived and worked on the Umbria - Le Marche border since 1995.   In 1996, we set up  CasaCaccia     (a 'play on words' as a literal translation of 'house hunt'), offering our services to English clients seeking property in Umbria.  In 1998 we began management of holiday lets for Italian owners of  agriturismi.  We know Umbria and Le Marche well and have a wealth of knowledge regarding property purchase and the minefield of local administration and bureaucracy.
